Medical Malpractice - Client was in a car accident while pregnant and rushed to the hospital. The fetal monitoring strips showed the baby was in distress. The doctor delayed in preforming an emergency C-section. The baby was born with significant brain damage. Case was settled for 5+ million dollars.

Truck/Work Accident - Client working for township and was on the back of a waste disposal truck when the driver backed up pinning him against a pole. Client sustained a herniated disc in his lower back which required surgery. Case settled for $750,000.

Slip and Fall - Client fell at mall on melted ice cream near a concession stand and fractured her arm. Case went to a jury trial and client received verdict in her favor for $500,000.

Construction Accident - Client fell off a defective ladder hitting his arm on a metal plate. He suffered RSD (severe nerve injury) in his right arm as result of the trauma. Case settled for 1+ million during trial.
