Delaware County, Pennsylvania

The fifth largest county in Pennsylvania, Delaware County has an estimated population of 558,028 as of 2009. It is considered part of greater Philadelphia, and its cities, towns and boroughs are generally considered Philadelphia suburbs. Delaware County was once part of Chester County, but split off in 1850 to form its own county. At that time, the county seat, the borough of Media, was also incorporated. Delaware County was the site of several Revolutionary War events, as well as a population center for Quakers. In the 1970s, activists stole FBI documents from a site in Media and distributed them to newspapers, exposing the FBI’s COINTELPRO program. Rosenbaum & Associates has its main office in downtown Philadelphia and maintains four satellite offices, so we can serve clients from throughout greater Philadelphia.

Rosenbaum & Associates represents only plaintiffs –– people who are seeking compensation for an injury –– and never take on work defending wrongdoers. Because we work with so many injured people, we understand that a serious injury affects every part of your life –– physical and emotional health, financial security and massive changes to your day–to–day routine. Our Pennsylvania injury lawyers work hard to get our clients justice and a fair financial settlement, to ease some of these concerns and help them get the medical care they need. As experienced personal injury attorneys, we understand how to get you the best possible settlement, and won’t settle until we believe we have it in hand.

Our firm focuses its practice exclusively on defending the rights of people who were seriously injured through no fault of their own. This includes pursuing medical malpractice lawsuits as well as every type of personal injury claim. The attorneys at Rosenbaum & Associates represent people who were seriously injured in car, truck and motorcycle crashes; construction accidents; accidents with defective products; abuse and neglect at nursing homes; and “slip and fall,” or premises liability, accidents. We handle people with every type of injury, including a wrongful death caused by someone else’s carelessness as well as brain injuries, spinal injuries and injuries from fires and explosions. And when medical professionals or institutions make very serious mistakes, we can handle medical malpractice lawsuits against those wrongdoers.

At Rosenbaum & Associates, we offer free consultations, so potential clients can ask us about the strength and value of their cases with no further obligation or charge. You are always welcome to contact us online or call us toll–free at 1–800–753–4257. Delaware County residents may prefer to visit our Media/Springfield office at 1489 Baltimore Pike, Suite 201.
